|About the Tours
- Can we take luggage on the tour?
|No, our buses are designed for smaller groups and have limited storage space.
Travelers can contact their hotel to make arrangements or there are lockers available at Central train station. Arrangements will need to be made well before the pick up time.
- What wineries are visited in the Hunter Valley?
|The availability of the smaller family-owned and boutique wineries that we visit can vary due to seasonal changes. Tasting opportunities will be provided at a selection of the following favourite wineries on each tour, with other surprises thrown in on occasions.|

- Tempus Two
Due to time and travel limitations, we cannot visit all of the wineries
listed, but you will always be able to savour a wide variety of great
Hunter Valley wines in friendly, personal surroundings.
Alternate wineries can be arranged subject to availability when you are
requesting your own private charter.

Hot and cold food options. Make your choice on the day from the menu that includes different panini and salad, pies, fish, chicken, burgers, and chips.
Softdrink OR coffee/tea, plus water on table.
- There is no tour on the day I want to travel, will there be?
|If you do not see an available tour listed for the day you would like to travel, it may mean that the tour is already booked to capacity for that particular day, or that we do not have a tour scheduled for that day.|
Please contact us and let us know which date you would like to travel and we'll let you know if a tour is available.
- Can we take a stroller or pram?
|No, there is no room for storing extra strollers safely on the bus. We provide one "umbrella" folding stroller on each bus.|
- I arrive on a Cruise ship at 7am, can I join the regular tour?
|Unfortunately not, because it takes up to 2 hours to be allowed to leave the ship and our regular tour needs to depart the Sydney CBD before then. Docking can be at Circular Quay or Darling Harbour or other places around the harbour.|
We can do a Private Charter picking up at a later time. We pick up at Circular Quay or we can go to Darling Harbour wharf for pickup, as there are usually road closures around the wharves.
- Is there a pick up possible in the North Sydney area (for the regular tours)?
|The pick up run through the city in the mornings is very busy, so the best pick up option for the North Sydney area is at 7:35am at the All Season Menzies Hotel, 14 Carrington St (directly above WYNYARD Station in the Sydney CBD).|
Pickups from Chatswood Train Station and Turramurra Train Station can also be arranged for Hunter Valley tours.
- Is there a pick up possible on the upper North Shore area (for the regular tours)?
|Yes, for Hunter Valley tours only there an option available for pickup at
8:15am at Turramurra (at the 7 Eleven), or around 8:05am at Chatswood
Train Station (Corner Brown St and Railway St). This must be
specifically requested and highlighted in the Booking Notes in the
- Can I be picked up in the Hunter Valley for the regular tour, and what is the cost?
|Yes, but the only option available is a pick up at approximately 10:10am at Aldi (cnr. Darwin St & Wollombi Rd Cessnock) or Potters Brewery on Wine Country Drive.|
Cost is the regular tour price regardless of whether pick up is in Sydney or Hunter Valley because a seat needs to be reserved.
- Can we be picked up in Newcastle or the Central Coast?
|Unfortunately No, as this detour is too much for our regular tour.|
We can provide details on request of a local Central Coast company that does daily tours to the Hunter Valley.
- Can we do an overnight stay with a charter tour?
|Please click here to send us your requirements and our Charter manager will be happy to assist you with arrangements.|
- Can we do an overnight stay after the regular tour?
|We can drop you at a place in the Hunter Valley (Pokolbin/Cessnock) which does not take us away from our regular tour route. You will need to make your own way to your accommodation.|
We cannot provide return transport for you the next day.
- Do you provide wheelchair or limited mobility access?
|Unfortunately we are not equipped to cater for these needs and we are unable to carry wheelchairs or walking frames on the bus as this poses a projectile hazard in case of an accident.|
Our drivers are also not permitted to assist with heavy lifting, due to Occupational Health and Safety policies.
- Is booking online safe/secure?
|Absolutely! Our entire site is protected by high grade SSL (secure socket layer) encryption which encrypts all information transmitted between your computer and our server such that it can not be intercepted and viewed by any other party.|
All of the information you submit during the booking process is secure during transmission and saved securely in an encrypted format in our database. None of the information you provide during a transaction is ever transmitted in an unsafe manner, nor will we ever sell, rent or share your information with anyone for any reason.
- Why don't I see tour availability information?
Our booking team can always tell you if you call which tours are available if you are unable to see it on the web page.
- What browsers does your website support?
|Like most websites today, our site is designed to function in all of the current versions of the most popular internet browsers. We have specifically tested our site in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome as well as many older versions of each of these browsers.|
$2 per person surcharge on Diners and Amex. You can cancel or change the booking up to 24 hours before departure (except private charters).

Prices stated are in Australian Dollars ( $AUD ) include GST, and may be subject to change. No refund on tours cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. Minimum passenger numbers may apply. We retain the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and days of operation. No refunds for bad weather. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use the services of other tour operators. 100% cancellation fee applies on any tour cancelled by the passenger less than 24 hours before departure. Whilst all care is taken, no responsibility is accepted for lost belongings or delays. Hotel pick ups for registered guests only.
